COOKINGJOURNAL

Hello and welcome to Bubblegum Caviar's first publication ,The New Cook's Cooking Journal. This is the first of what I hope will be many publications for Bubblegum Caviar.
Journaling is an essential part of any cook's cooking journey because it allows the cook to record what worked and what didn't. Cooking journals are also a great place to record recipes, compile ingredients, shopping lists or jot down notes about cooking times and ingredient substitutions.
The cooking journal is where we as cooks really begin to think about the art of cooking. Like, is baking with whole wheat flour the same as baking with all purpose flour? (Answer: NO!) Or, which cinnamon should I use in my coffee cake recipe, regular or vietnamese? It allows us to not only jot down and follow recipes, but become the home chefs who create them.
In The New Cook's Cooking Journal I have provided 120 lined pages for you to record your cherished recipes, dinner party menus and recently learned tips and tricks. I have also provided a kitchen measurement conversion cheet sheet (which I use all of the time) in the front of the book because if you know that when Jamie Oliver tells you to add 128g of flour, he really means one cup, you might feel confident enough to make his recipe, instead of just watching him make it on Youtube.
The New Cook's Cooking Journal is available now on Amazon in hardcover and paperback. Personally I prefer the hardcover edition because the kitchen can be a messy place, and the hardcover wipes clean with a damp cloth.
At 6"x9", both editions are small enough to fit in most handbags, making it easy to carry with you to the grocery store to get everything on your shopping lists. The hardcover sells for $14.99 and the paperback sells for $4.99.
